10 Benefits of a Raw Vegan Diet

Welcome back!

In my last post I showed my blood work after close to 7 years eating a raw vegan diet, so I figured I'd follow that up with a few of the benefits I've noticed in that time of eating more raw living plant foods!

I truly believe, "It's not about the food in your life, but the life in your food!" Keeping my body hydrated and full of nutrient-dense foods that still contain their vital life force has lead me to experience so many life altering benefits. Here are ten benefits I've gained from this amazing lifestyle:
